Seller follows the official transfer procedure specified for the gym brand — either a free in-app OTP transfer (Cult.fit) or a front-desk handover (Gold's Gym, Anytime Fitness, ABS, Solaris). Seller uploads transfer proof to the TrelioTech Escrow Room. Seller has 24 hours to complete this step.

Buyer Verification Window

Buyer has 24 hours to open their gym app and confirm the membership is listed under their name and registered phone number. No rush, no pressure. If anything looks wrong, buyer clicks 'Raise Dispute' for an immediate investigation and full refund.

Instant 91% UPI Payout to Seller

Only after the buyer explicitly confirms the transfer is complete does TrelioTech release the funds. 91% net payout hits the seller's UPI account within 60 seconds of confirmation (9% settlement fee deducted). No delays, no hidden charges.

What if the seller disappears after I pay?
Your money never goes to the seller until you confirm the transfer. If the seller is unresponsive within 24 hours, we trigger an automatic full refund to your original payment method.
What if I change my mind after paying into escrow?
You have a 1-hour cooling-off window from the time of escrow deposit. After that, the deal is considered locked and you can only get a refund if the seller fails to transfer.
What if the gym refuses the transfer?
This is covered by our guarantee. If the gym branch refuses to honour the transfer for any reason other than buyer misconduct, you receive a full refund within 24 hours.
How does the 15% platform fee split work?
TrelioTech operates on a transparent 15% split business model: the buyer pays a 6% Buyer Protection Fee (minimum ₹299) into escrow, and the seller contributes a 9% settlement fee deducted from the payout (seller receives 91% net payout). This covers instant UPI disbursement, fraud prevention, screenshot verification, and human dispute mediation.
Is TrelioTech RBI regulated?
TrelioTech is a technology-enabled P2P contract handover platform operating under India's IT Act framework. Funds are held in escrow for no longer than 48 hours for immediate settlement upon buyer confirmation.
