All brand names, trademarks, service marks, and logos mentioned on this platform are the property of their respective owners and are referenced solely for consumer identification and descriptive purposes under the nominative fair use doctrine. Membership transfers are conducted between private parties; TrelioTech acts solely as an escrow technology intermediary.
TrelioTech provides a technology platform enabling private individuals to buy and sell prepaid membership contracts peer-to-peer. TrelioTech is not a party to any membership agreement. We act solely as an escrow intermediary facilitating secure payment holds and releases between consenting adults.
Sellers warrant that: (a) they are the legitimate holder of the membership being sold; (b) the membership is genuinely transferable under the gym/club's own policies; (c) all information provided is accurate and not misleading. Buyers acknowledge they are purchasing from a private party, not from TrelioTech or the gym chain directly.
The following are strictly prohibited: selling memberships that are non-transferable per the gym's policy; listing memberships owned by another person without their consent; providing false screenshots or manipulated proof images; attempting to bypass the escrow system by contacting the other party directly for payment.
Disputes must be raised within 24 hours of the transfer deadline. TrelioTech will investigate using all uploaded proof and communication records. Our decision is final for amounts under ₹25,000. For larger amounts, disputes may be escalated to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (India).
TrelioTech's maximum liability in any dispute is limited to the escrow amount held for that transaction. We are not liable for: gym closure, changes in gym policy, personal disputes between buyer and seller, or any consequential/indirect damages. Use this platform at your own risk.
We collect: seller name, WhatsApp number (encrypted), UPI ID (encrypted), membership screenshot (stored securely). Buyer: name, WhatsApp number, email. Partner referrers: name, UPI, WhatsApp. We do NOT collect gym login credentials, Aadhaar numbers, or bank account details.
Seller phone numbers are AES-256 encrypted before storage and are never displayed publicly on any listing page. They are only used by our internal team to facilitate the 3-way WhatsApp escrow communication. After a transaction is completed or expired, we retain data for 90 days for dispute resolution purposes, then permanently delete.
We do not sell, rent, or share any personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data is only shared with our payment processor (Razorpay) for transaction processing, under their privacy policy.
