1. Description of Service
Treliotech provides autonomous conversational receptionist workflows, calendar synchronization, and automated communication tools for medical, dental, wellness, and modern business practices.
2. No Medical Advice
Treliotech is an administrative communication and scheduling tool. It does NOT provide medical diagnoses, treatment recommendations, or emergency triage. Participating clinics and practitioners remain solely responsible for patient care, clinical decisions, and confirming scheduled procedures.
3. Business & Clinic Responsibilities
- The client must ensure all service/treatment prices, practitioner timings, and operational details provided to Treliotech are accurate and kept current.
- The client is responsible for monitoring human escalation notifications and responding to complex patient or prospect inquiries in a timely manner.
- The client agrees to use the WhatsApp integration in full compliance with Meta's Business Messaging and Commerce Policies.
4. Subscription & Pilot Periods
- 7-Day Risk-Free Pilot: Eligible businesses and clinics receive 7 days of complimentary access with zero upfront setup fees.
- Monthly Retainer: Following the pilot period, services continue via an agreed-upon monthly subscription, billed in advance.
- Termination: Clients may cancel monthly renewals at any time with 7 days written notice prior to the next billing cycle.
5. Limitation of Liability
Treliotech will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from third-party API downtime (such as Meta WhatsApp outages or Google Calendar service disruptions) or missed clinic appointments.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
